To the management of the Nautilus Hotel.

When my wife and I came to “check out" the Nautilus Hotel for my parents, the first thing we noticed was how clear and atftactive the facility Was!

My father has been a resident of the Nautilus Hotel for the past four years. When asked how to describe the hotel, my dad will state that he has discovered “the Garden of Eden”. From housekeeping, receptionists, waitresses and management, we could not ask for a better team supervising the Nautilus Hotel.

Continue the wonderful service you provide our senior citizens, Our parents and relatives,

Dear Carol:

I want to take this opportunity to express our family thanks and appreciation for all that you and your staff have done.

It is said that two parents can take care of four children but four children can't take care of one parent. You and your staff have proved this expression to the contrary.

In January 2007, it had become apparent that four adult children with families of their own were unable to properly care for their loving eighty five year old parents. Parents who loved, educated, sacrificed and created the best home environment one could ever want. Adding to our dilemma was dads recently broken hip.

At our wits ends, my sister and I found ourselves in the Nautilus Hotel lobby, unannounced. You immediately approached us and introduced yourself. Without a word you had recognized our situation, and kindly told us "we will take over from here". You had further assured us that all would be fine during our introduotory tour. Soon thereafter mom and dad moved in, solely based on you, and we placed all of our trust in you. We knew that you and the NaUtilus will never let us down.

It is now mid May of 2008 and they love it. They have adjusted, the lifestyle fits them fine end they have not looked this good in ten years. Lastly we sleep at night knowing they are safe.

Once again, we thank you and love you- You have allowed us to continue being the same loving family and now you are part of our family,

Recently,
I attended a luncheon for seniors in my category. It was an eye opener. I realized what a wonderful place I was living in, "The Nautilus". My ever need is taken care of at Nautilus. I suggest that you come and see us. You will be amazed. Ask for me, I will gladly answer all your questions.
